Did You Have Your Coffee Yet? "Coffee Java Talk"

Coffee is the second largest commodity in the world.

There used to be only two choices when it came down to coffee, decaf or regular.

The Pacific Northwest is known for its great coffee. In fact they love and crave their coffee so much that an entire coffee culture has sprung up to answer it.

Coffee stands and carts have sprung up in every major northwestern city.

You can find espresso, perked and instant coffee in coffee houses on street corners, groceries, gas stations, hardware stores, department stores, stadiums, and even in the fast food outlets. It is more than just trendy; it’s the new thing to have in your hand while talking on phone or to driving your car. It is a great way to start your morning.

Coffee drinking began in the American colonies as early as 1689; specifically in Boston, New York and Philadelphia. Now they sell coffee beverages in bottles, plastic containers, in mugs as frappes, shakes, and iced coffees which can be found in refrigerated section of your local store. They say a good cup of coffee is only as good as the coffee maker that makes it. It’s even better when paired with muffins, breads, rolls, cakes, scones, and Danishes. You can find coffee and coffee themed items everywhere. Items like in gift sets, condiments, coffee cups, mugs, recipes, grinders, coffee beans, and stencils etc. Here is a poem for coffee lovers.

Three Cup’s of Coffee

One cup of coffee taste delicious

Second cup of coffee, that’s where you start to indulge for the day.

The third cup says I am contented for the morning.

The aromas that flows toward your nostrils.

How it is stares back at you, so dark and bold.

That black liquid in your cup looking up at you

As the Smokey white steam passes your eyes.

Some people care for it in a tall glass; some even drink it from a mug.

I have even seen people with labels on their containers

Just for this purpose.

What is this thing we call the coffee bean? What is it all about?

It has bitter and bold flavors without measure. I understand it

only grows in very hot climates. Will someone, anyone tell me

why are we so control by this cup of Moe Joe!

Coffee Storage:

•Vacuum-packed, kitchen shelf, unopened: 1 year, with gradual loss of flavor

•Opened and covered: 2 weeks, with gradual loss of flavor.

•Instant, kitchen shelf tightly closed: six to eight months, with gradual loss of flavor.

•When buy already made coffee buy the size you will drink at time, because coffee some times losses it texture, taste and flavor if you let it just sit around. Most people put it in fridge then we warm it up later in their microwave oven. For about a 30 seconds to a minute. Don’t go over a minute, or you will have a spill in your microwave.
