Today it is at least 20 degrees here in Spain with the sun beating down. I am sitting on the patio in the shade of a large umbrella, a blue sky arcs above with hardly a breeze to flutter the umbrella. All this and it’s wintertime in Spain. March to be exact.
So whilst England is blanketed in snow, buffeted by wind and awash with rain, we can enjoy warm sunshine. We haven’t even put a fire on in the evenings yet. Yes wintering in Spain is warmer than I expected. It is still pleasant on the beaches, yes, the sea is cold now but still looks and sounds wonderful as it laps on the rocks and sand. The rocks are wet and glistening.
We are here until April and this is our first year here, we plan to return next October when the UK cools for winter, and for many more winters. We have taken advantage of the appealing property prices and bought a house here, but like everyone here we are a bit apprehensive about the outcome of the referendum.
Does the prospect of warmer winters and a relaxed lifestyle appeal to you? It obviously doesn’t have to be Spain there many warmer countries to choose from, I’m sure they all hold a charm in their own way. We chose Spain after several visits here.
So what do we do when we aren’t sight-seeing and enjoying the beaches? Well my partner is a fitness fanatic and is happiest when he is cycling, playing squash, or paddle tennis, it could be tennis if he could fit it in! This leaves me free to build my internet business. I enjoy leaning new skills, building websites and discovering the best current marketing techniques. Finding new customers and looking after regular customers.
All this from the comfort of my home, or sitting on the beach, or wherever takes my fancy. Lucky really as I have currently fractured my knee and am immobilized anyway. So with my trusted laptop I can work anywhere, would this lifestyle suit you?
A few years ago when I decided to set up an internet business, I could do little more than send emails, but the idea of freedom was my stimulus. You don’t need great skills to begin online just a willingness to learn.. My next plan was to winter somewhere warm, so I have combined them both and gradually my dreams took shape and here we are.
The simplest easiest way to begin online is affiliate marketing with the guidance of a mentor who provides excellent products, sales pages and training. This saves you sourcing products, building websites and learning marketing before you begin. With your mentor’s help you can begin earning whilst you are learning the techniques, You can develop your business to suit your plans. There are part-time mum’s, super affiliates and many millionaires within the industry, the choice is yours.
